Andrew Cull
Co-Founder & CEO
Andrew is a seasoned founder and startup CEO with a 20-year track record of driving growth and turning around businesses through smart strategy and operational efficiency. A three-time INC 500 honoree, he has built five companies with three exits across medical devices, manufacturing, outdoor, distribution, fitness, and defense industries. Passionate about local food, performance, and nutrition, he is also formally trained in health, fitness, and performance.
Andrew Braugh
Co-Founder
Andrew is currently the COO of Merlo Group, overseeing resorts, vineyards, and real estate. He drives growth through financial controls and strategic planning.
With a background in founding Howling Ventures Investments and 15 years of nonprofit leadership, Andrew brings business acumen and a strong community focus.
He holds both MBA and MA in International Management.
Charlie Pasquier
Co-Founder & Director, R&D
A seasoned chef with over a decade of experience, including formal training at Le Cordon Bleu, Charlie brings culinary expertise to restaurant design, menu development, and kitchen operations.
As a successful restaurateur and food truck owner, his strong business acumen was honed from a family manufacturing background.
His passion for food and culture drives culinary innovation.
